  15.     I found that eliminating all "internal" //'s in kpathsea/paths.h
  16.     (or at the appropriate places in paths.h.in)
  17.     solved the problem for me on my Linux box.

  19. Sure, that works if ../texmf/fonts/tfm is a flat directory
  20. with all tfms in it.  That's what I do with ../texmf/fonts/00TFM
  21. except that all files in 00TFM are links to the real tfms.

  74. and can always be updated.  The tree catches the odd-balls.
